Nick Avouris Chef/Owner is from the beautiful island of Zakynthos, Greece and is the backbone of their new venture, Dado's Cafe. With 30+ years of experience in the hospitality field, this was a restaurant that was a longtime dream mixing the best of Greek, Mediterranean and American Cuisine. 
The Dado's Cafe recipes range from authentic family favorites from the Mediterranean, such as Mousaka, Pastitchio, and treasured Dolmades.  The Appetizer section contains quintessential savory specialties, such as Spanikopita, Saganaki, and Calamari. 
You'll also discover a surprising amount of American 
fare, such as Chicken Parmesean, Specialty Burgers, Delicious Pizzas, and Sandwiches.
